Next-Generation Water Monitoring
Built for Harsh Environments
FlareHalo is currently in pilot deployments — delivering rugged, accurate pulse monitoring for off-grid and remote infrastructure. Designed to go where other systems can’t.
Explore Pilot ApplicationsWhat We Do
We design and build rugged, smart devices that make remote water infrastructure measurable, manageable, and reliable.
Our first product is a high-resolution pulse logger for standard water meters — capturing usage data down to every 0.5L.
But more importantly, it's part of a complete system: built from the ground up in Australia, fully integrated, and field-proven.
We've solved the tricky parts — power management, long-range comms, OTA config, rugged housing — so you don't have to.
It just works, reliably, even in the toughest locations.
Field-Tested. Ready for the Field.
This isn't a concept. FlareHalo is already deployed, tested, and delivering reliable data in remote Australian environments.
We're piloting with Wallop Water to monitor usage down to every 0.5 litres. Our systems are logging real-world performance across paddocks, fence lines, and fire-prone regions — validating hardware, comms, and power resilience.
Designed and assembled in Australia by engineers with experience in remote sensing and infrastructure-grade electronics. This isn't off-the-shelf IoT — it's built from the ground up to survive the realities of the field.
Key Capabilities
Built for resilience, configurability, and precision — FlareHalo devices aren't just tough, they're smart.

Production-ready internal housing — engineered for durability, precision, and real-world deployment.
IP68 Submersible
Fully sealed, weatherproof, and submersion-rated — far beyond splash-proof enclosures. Ready for the elements.
0.5L Pulse Accuracy
High-resolution pulse detection from standard mechanical meters. Enables leak detection, compliance logging, and detailed usage insights.
Over-the-Air Configuration
Remotely update thresholds, reporting intervals, and firmware — no need for site visits or physical access.
Ultra-Low Power
Multi-year battery life with deep sleep and smart wake cycles. Rechargeable and solar-ready where needed.
Long-Range Connectivity
Supports LTE-M with fallback logic. Tuned for remote Australian coverage and noisy RF environments.
Designed & Built in Australia
Locally engineered and assembled for sovereignty, supportability, and durability in harsh conditions.
Why We're Building FlareHalo
Remote water monitoring isn't a hardware problem. It's a systems problem.
The IoT world is open and flexible — but that's part of the problem. Mix-and-match devices, networks, cloud platforms, cables, apps… it all sounds good until something breaks, goes offline, or stops syncing. And then what?
We've spent years untangling that mess. FlareHalo exists because we've seen the frustration firsthand: when infrastructure fails, and no one knows why until it's too late. We're not building another "smart device" — we're building a system that works, end to end.
That means fewer false alerts. No mystery outages. And no discovering an empty tank when it's too late to do anything about it.
The FlareHalo Solution
A complete, field-ready water monitoring system — not just a device.
FlareHalo is engineered as a tightly integrated system. From rugged hardware to long-range comms, from ultra-efficient firmware to secure cloud delivery — every layer is built to work together.
No middleware chaos. No complex pairing. No "just needs a little config." Just data, flowing reliably from tank to dashboard.
Smart Pulse Logging
Captures water usage in real time, accurate to 0.5L — ideal for conservation, compliance, and insight.
Fully Integrated Stack
Hardware, firmware, and cloud — developed together. Fewer points of failure, faster support, seamless updates.
Built-In Reliability
OTA config, battery and signal health tracking, and graceful fallback modes ensure continuity in the real world.

Pilot Program Now Open
We're inviting a small group of early adopters to test FlareHalo in the field.
If you manage water systems in critical, remote, or fire-prone environments — this is your chance to trial a smarter, more resilient way to monitor usage and stay ahead of problems.
We're especially interested in partners who need:
- Sub-litre usage tracking for compliance or conservation
- Low-maintenance operation across seasons
- Reliable alerts before tanks run dry
Spots are limited. We'll respond within 24 hours.
How It Works
FlareHalo is an integrated system that collects, transmits, and delivers water data — reliably, remotely, and without manual effort.
About FlareHalo
FlareHalo isn't just a product — it's the result of years of real-world water monitoring experience, built in Australia and now available globally.
Our team previously built and deployed large-scale water infrastructure systems with Wallop Water, supporting agricultural and industrial sites across Australia. With FlareHalo, we've taken everything we learned and distilled it into a rugged, reliable, self-contained solution.
